The Nursery by Southwinds is a total hidden gem of Irvine, highly recommend! Perfect for a small natural escape from the urban landscape of Irvine with beautiful well kept grounds and a huge variety of plants, for purchasing plants are always in hearty condition and extremely reasonably priced, staff is extremely friendly and welcoming always as well! Have been a few times and will continue to go

This nursery is as if you stepped into another world. Just beautiful to walk thru, so much to see and so much beauty! Enjoyed it so very much.

Come here just to walk through the beautifully manicures lawns and spaces. There are lots of sitting areas and relaxing music playing as you stroll through the grounds. Everything here is pretty expensive, so we came here more for the experience but the staff were very friendly if you did need help picking our plants.

What a delightful surprise to discover this nursery. Honestly, the grounds are beautiful.l! This would be a great place for an outdoor wedding, if they book them. But I digress. This amazing nursery offers many types of plants presented in vignettes that show how they would look in your yard, patio or house. That's right, they have house plants in an actual house. It's "Casa del Sol", UC Irvine's entry into the 2015 Solar Decathlon. They also have pottery, fountains and decor items. Upon arrival, we were greeted and told that ANY plant is available, even the trees that aren't in pots. BTW, they deliver. This is definitely a great place to be inspired and to plan your new outdoor retreat, patio garden or latest indoor plant scheme.
